Demolition has officially commenced at Eclipse, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of South Perth’s newest luxury riverside address.

Following more than $100 million in sales, activity is now underway at the 44 Mill Point Road site as preparations continue for the next phase of the project. Demolition represents the first major step on site, bringing the vision for Eclipse another step closer to reality.

Once demolition is complete, enabling works will commence, ensuring continued activity on site ahead of the main construction works.

The project’s builder is expected to be announced in the coming weeks, with construction anticipated to commence in Spring.
